The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro were supposed to launch this month, but now the same source claims that there has been a delay and the launch was pushed back to January next year.
We’ve spotted the C7 Pro in a couple of benchmarks and from what we’ve gleaned from them, it seems that the Pros will be relatively minor upgrades – adding an option with more memory and perhaps revamping the cameras.
Both phones are expected to pack Super AMOLED screens with 1080p resolution – 5.2” and 5.7” – and are powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 626 chipset. They will have quite impressive cameras for the range, 16MP with a bright f/1.7 aperture (the non-Pros have narrower f/1.9 apertures).
