Honor is gearing up to launch a new lineup of devices at the end of the month and in anticipation of that launch event, the company has revealed more details about its upcoming lineup of flagships on Weibo pertaining to some of its core features.
There will be three Honor 70 models: Honor 70, 70 Pro, and 70 Pro+. Each will be powered by the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, MediaTek Dimensity 8000, and Dimensity 9000, respectively. Plus, all models will use BOE OLED displays and all will support high-frequency PWM dimming while the two Pro models will support LTPO dynamic refresh rates.
All Honor 70 models will use a large IMX800 camera sensor with 54MP resolution and a 1/1.49” sensor size and an f/1.9 aperture lens. Honor has provided some samples for our pixel-peeping pleasure. Note that most of the scenes are shot with lighting coming from behind the subject. The watermark in the images says “54MP Matrix Camera”.
