Lenovo brand Moto is expected to launch the Moto G5S Plus, Moto X4, and Moto Z2 Force in India soon. Tipster Andri Yatim had recently leaked that the phones would launch in the country this summer. The same tipster has now shed some much-needed light on the Moto X4.
We haven’t had much to go on when it comes to the Moto X4, but Yatim has revealed some specifications that can be expected from the upcoming smartphone. The Moto X4 is tipped to sport a glass front and back with a metal frame around. It is tipped to feature a 5.2-inch full-HD display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 4GB or RAM. The Moto X4 will be offered in 32GB and 64GB storage options and is tipped to launch on June 30.
If the latest leak is to be believed, the Moto X4 will tout a dual 13-megapixel rear camera setup with f/1.7 aperture and f/2/2 aperture lenses. The front camera is left vague as of now with the tipster only mentioning LED flash. The Moto X4 is expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat and will include a fingerprint sensor. Other features mentioned include NFC, IP68 rating for dust and splash resistance, and a 3800mAh battery with Fast Charge 3.0 via USB Type-C.
Recently, the tipster let out pricing details for the Moto X4, which can is rumoured to cost Rs. 20,999 for the 32GB variant and Rs. 23,999 for the 64GB option. Meanwhile, the Moto G5S Plus is tipped to cost around Rs. 17,999 and the Moto Z2 Force at Rs. 38,999.
Separately, the Moto C Plus budget smartphone is also expected to launch in India soon based on a recent tweet by the company’s India account. The launch could coincide with the Moto X4 unveiling, but nothing is set in stone as of now.
