With the 2017 season officially in the rearview, members of the Chicago Fire first team and coaching staff took to social media over the least few days to thank the fans for their support during a memorable regular season campaign.

Hear it from the guys themselves below, and be sure to follow and keep up with them throughout the offseason by visiting our social media hub.

This game has given me more than I ever could imagine! Thankful and grateful to my family and friends for supporting me as I made the transition from player to coach this year. We came up short, but what a damn season it was. The @chicagofire are back, and we will work our tails off to make it an even bigger 2018! Love you all. #dream #cf97

Loyalty Thank you to all of the fans that have supported us through the good and bad. You guys are the heart of this club

The season 2017 has ended!! Unfortunately we couldn’t go forward to the next round. It wasn’t the outcome we wanted, but overall I have the feeling that it was a great season for the club that didn’t clinch the playoffs since 2012. thanks for your support! Now it’s time to enjoy well deserved vacations and spend time with my lovely family.  #mls #soccer #usa #chicago #windycity #futebol #football #portugal #photography #photooftheday #picoftheday #cf97 #fire #instadaily #instatag #instagram #instaday #instagood #instasport #instamood
